Permanent change for commissions going forward

Before I head off for the night, I wanted to share a thing I've decided on commission involving design work. You can find the exact description here under "Process". 

In the past, I've always been a bit apprehensive to the idea of commissions involving creating a design from scratch, even going so far as to make it a special deal. But between recent commissions warming me up to it and... my tendency to pretty blatantly break that rule when the commission at least seems straightforward and/or interesting... I think it's safe to say my apprehension is uncalled for. I've warmed up to the idea and should change my commission rules to reflect that. 

Going forward I'm decidedly going to allow design work to happen, with the small rule that there'll be a few dollars added onto the overall price. So like, these prices already work in a range, depending on the complexity, but there'll just be an additional "design tax" since designing something requires more back-and-forth communication and thus more time spent on your commission. Depending on the amount of references and descriptive text I've got to work with, however, the price increase probably won't be noticeable.
