As for story, well, I don't read the books, but honestly don't care how different they may be - I enjoy seeing it all happen on the big screen. And I honestly can't tell how consistent the plot is in the movie either, because... come on, each film takes like a year or two to come out, so by the time you get to see it, details from previous films can be foggy.
I just take everything with a grain of salt, and try to act like a stranger to the upcoming films. Trying not to think too hard on how things played out in the previous films, just enjoying what I see unfold in this one.
So, am I going to see the last one(s)? Definitely. Am I getting this on DVD? Not yet. I'm going to be the ultimate man of patience and wait until they're ALL out, so I can buy the inevitable "here's EVERYTHING" boxset. You know it's gonna happen.
So yeah, that's all so far. Just finished my cake (CUPcake, but it was a big one!) and ice cream. Saturday we'll be going birthday shopping

But the whole movie I enjoyed, regardless of what it missed and what was added instead.
If you notice, the first two movies have a major color scheme of orange and yellow. When the third came out, the color scheme had changed to blue.
I wish the six could have come out the day it was supposed to, in November, but seeing as Twilight was supposed to come out that day, they moved it ALL the way to summer so the details from the fifth movie could have probably been fresher than now.
But hey, I'm glad it came out anyways!
