I think it started with the Gameboy... Simple, compact game.
-somewhere between these- Gameboy Pocket, Pocket Color came later I think. Just a smaller version of an already-small system
But then, the Gameboy Color came. It wasn't too much of a big deal, just more color.
Gameboy Advance. Alright, that's kinda cool, except for the fact that it has games you can only play on the Gameboy Advance(which I learned the hard way, when getting a game without the system. I did get the system afterwards though)
Gameboy (Advance) SP... Oookay? It's a smaller version of the Advance. Was this really needed? Okay, it's got a light for dark areas, but still.
Soo once that's over, then comes the new piece of Nintechnology(I made that up): Nintendo DS. A touch screen to make its games challenging, and it plays Gameboy Advance games, but not normal Gameboy games. Joy.
Now there's this... smaller version of the DS. Do they even have a name for it? It looks like some kind of.. 'Game and Watch' pocket game that came before or after the original Nintendo. I mean what is the point of this new, smaller DS? Wasn't the other one small enough, or did they need one for smaller pockets? I just really don't get it.
There's also the Wii.. I fear for that one. If they make some sort of smaller version of it, so that it takes up less space, I may go insane >.>;
Meh. I'm done.. That was about it.

Oh! What about the Game Boy Micro. It's just a real time version of the Advanced but more expensive for the same gaming that was introduced 2 years ago.

But wasn't there a defect in a bunch of the straps for the wiimote, causing it to slip from people's grips and like, hurt them or breaks TVs/Windows/Other things?

Maybe the "defect" was people not using the strap....
