Later that afternoon, nearing the evening hour, Jiro and Doki left Drupper's. Rei had been taken home early since her grandmother needed her. Outside, Jiro let out a sigh of disbelief.
"Another dead end." Jiro said to himself.
"Hey man," Hase greeted as he walked over. "What's going on?"
"Hey, Ryoji." Jiro greeted. "We've been trying to get our hands on one of those Drivers but no Dealer has 'em on sale. Won't even take pre-orders."
"Really?" Hase asked with a hint of disbelief. "That's..."
Hase's phone began to ring. He would have to save what he had to say for later and answer the phone.

I should have anticipated such a gross misinterpretation of the facts, given your appalling track record with regard to such things as facts.
