Before, there was Succeed and Break. Break got some extra rumors I added to the last journal but in case it was missed, it was said he would be a breakdancer using mini CDs as his gimmick. Neat ideas, but who knows what's what at this point?
The news just keeps coming in, and now, TWO names have come up, but given the nature of this first one, it's likely to be most legit.
Kamen Rider Gaimu, allegedly, is the trademark Toei registered. OOO, Fourze and Wizard were all first revealed in this same manner, so it's likely this may be true. The name, interestingly, is written out in kanji, which might not mean a lot to most of you, but what it means is... instead of being written out in letters easily translated to English, like Fourze or Wizard, it's Japanese words being used, like Hibiki or Den-O (yes, Den-O's name involves kanji).
The only thing known about Gaimu right now is... well, nothing really. But the name Gaimu appears to relate to armored martial arts.
The other thing isn't really much more than a picture, and lots of japanese text accompanying it, so it might not mean a lot, but I found it interesting.
[link] The images depict a collectible saber/knife gimmick, a belt, a transforming vehicle, and a type of form change gimmick involving the collectibles which make it look a bit too much like Double (and like Kiva, judging from the picture with the giant fist...)
What gives away that this isn't Gaimu, however, isn't any of that. But it's the name at the top left. Remember what I said about Gaimu being written out in kanji? This name here is written in the same basic japanese text used by names like Wizard. The name provided is Kamen Rider Sai.
This also isn't just a misread on my behalf, either - The character for "Ga" is quite quite different from "Sa", and the text is pretty hard to misread. Likewise, the kanji used for Gaimu are not visible in any of the readable text on this image. This is not the design of Kamen Rider Gaimu, but instead is most likely a piece of fake concept art. The proportions look rather questionable and the presentation doesn't look like what I'd expect to see for, say, placeholder "We don't have a toy/suit ready so here's some art" images.
But as the weeks go on, and Wizard comes closer to its end, soon enough we will be seeing who takes his place. In fact, probably within the month! But not this week. apparently there'll be no new episode this week, so we'll need to wait even longer to see if Mayu transforms. Damn.
